How to make your body beautiful? What nutritional features should be considered? The coach Sergey Anatolyevich Zyuzin answers the questions.

I would like to share my thoughts on a healthy lifestyle and body building culture. The knowledge and experience that I have accumulated over a 10-year career as a coach and over 20 years of my own training allows me to give you some tips and advice.

First of all, I would like to say why this is necessary at all. In the age of a dynamically developing world and technology, we completely forgot about our own body and health. We remember him, when we have something ill in the lumbar region, we are surprised that we cannot pull ourselves up on the bar even a single time, or the waist volume inevitably tends to the “1 meter” mark.

There are several reasons for this, there are objective and subjective, let us consider both. Objective things are what we inherited or acquired during our life. Diabetes mellitus, thyroid function, obesity, increased levels of stress hormones, etc. Of course, these factors affect the difficulties in eliminating excess fat and acquiring a sufficiently large number of strong and functional muscles, that is, a beautiful and attractive body. But this does not mean that you need to give up your dream. Many famous athletes in childhood did not have ideal shape and health, however, playing sports, they achieved outstanding results. All other factors come from our laziness and fears. Fears of becoming a woman with pumped-up legs and arms. Fears in the use of sports supplements, in which “one chemistry”. Fear of reprimanding colleagues, fear is on the clock and immediately after work rush to the gym or pool. Historically and ginetically, a person needs to experience physical activity every day. No matter how worn out it may sound, but movement is life!

We began to gain excess weight, and much earlier in age than, for example, in the Soviet era. We eat improperly and irregularly, we eat food from the nearest supermarket, treated with flavor enhancers, antibiotics and preservatives. We have no idea about the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Drinking sweet soda water has become the norm. The menu is sorely lacking in fiber and vitamins. And what is the mode of sleep and wakefulness, they have completely forgotten! Bad habits have become part of our life – alcohol, smoking, drug addiction and all sorts of addictions. We completely distanced ourselves from sports and an active lifestyle.

As a coach, I see many obvious advantages from sports and physical education. First of all, it is health and longevity. Your body will become strong and beautiful, both outside and inside. Exercise and cardiovascular equipment will have a positive effect on all organs and systems. The work of the cardiovascular system will improve, as well as pain in the spine and joints will go away. Vigor and good mood will appear, and the chronic fatigue accumulated over the years will disappear.
