Wild rice soaked for 12 hours should be poured into a baking sheet and covered with three glasses of water. In an oven preheated to 180 ° C, rice should be kept for about an hour.

When it becomes softer, and most of the liquid has evaporated, you need to add a glass of chicken broth to it.

To obtain chicken broth, boil the breasts until half cooked, remove them, strain the remaining water

Boiled chicken breasts should be fried over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil, add grated garlic, spices, and salt to them to taste. Next, they need to be poured with the remaining broth, add half a glass of water and simmer under a closed lid.

Add flour, lemon juice and soy sauce to the gravy. The resulting mass should be mixed until smooth and brought to a boil. When the gravy begins to thicken, you can finish cooking. Wild rice is served with chicken breasts and gravy, fresh vegetables and herbs.
