Ingredients:
- Pork – 0,7 kg.

- Russian cheese – 200 gr.
- Tomato – 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 100 gr.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Pork spices – to taste
- Salt, ground black pepper – to taste.
Cut the washed meat across the fibers into pieces about a centimeter thick, beat off with a special hammer or rolling pin. Sprinkle all pieces with seasoning, salt and pepper, put on a greased baking sheet. Top with onion cut into thin rings, then tomato slices, grease with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and distribute evenly over the tomatoes. Send the dish into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it inside for another 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Beef – 0,6 kg.
- Onions – 2 pc.
- Russian cheese – 200 gr.
- Tomato – 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 100 gr.
- Mustard (not spicy) – 2 tbsp.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Seasonings for meat and potatoes – to taste
- Salt, ground black pepper – to taste.
Cut the meat into thin pieces, coat with mustard and spices, leave for a couple of hours (you can overnight if you are not sure about the softness of the beef). Put the meat in a greased baking sheet or baking dish, onion cut into thin rings on it. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, rinse and place on the onion, sprinkle with seasoning and pour mayonnaise (can be diluted with water). Spread grated cheese evenly on top. Cook in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The layers in the dish can be repeated and changed at will.
