How to cook semolina porridge in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 1/2 multi-glass
  • Milk – 3 multi-glasses
  • Water – 1,5 multi-glasses
  • Sugar – 1,5 st. l.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Butter – 50 gr.

Put cereals, sugar, salt and oil into the cooking container, add milk and water and stir. Cover with a lid and select the “Milk porridge” program, after a beep notifying that the porridge is ready, open the lid, mix the porridge thoroughly and let it brew for several minutes.

As we said above, a more correct semolina porridge is obtained by adding cereal to boiling milk; this can also be done in a multicooker.

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 1/2 multi-glass
  • Milk – 3 multi-glasses
  • Water – 1,5 multi-glasses
  • Sugar – 1,5 st. l.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp
  • Butter – 50 gr.

Pour milk and water into a multicooker container and add butter. We turn on the “Pasta” mode, when the milk starts to boil, the multavark will notify us with a sound signal, then open the lid and pour the cereal into the boiling milk, add sugar and salt, mix well and continue cooking according to the “Pasta” program.

 

After its completion, open the lid of the multicooker, mix thoroughly again and serve, decorating the porridge with fruit or jam.

Honey pumpkin semolina

Ingredients:

 
  • Semolina – 1/2 multi-glass
  • Milk – 3 multi-glasses
  • Water – 1,5 multi-glasses
  • Sugar – 1 st. l.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Butter – 50 gr.
  • Honey – 2 Art. l
  • Pumpkin – 50 gr.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces.

Pour all the ingredients into the multicooker bowl, mix well and put on the “Porridge” program, after its completion, open the lid, stir again and let it brew for 5 minutes.

Semolina porridge with cranberries and cinnamon

 

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 1/2 multi-glass
  • Milk – 3 multi-glasses
  • Water – 1,5 multi-glasses
  • Sugar – 1,5 st. l.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Butter – 50 gr.
  • Dried cranberries – a handful
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/3 tsp

Put all the ingredients except the cinnamon in the multicooker bowl. To stir thoroughly. Select the “Porridge” program, after its completion open the lid, add the cranberries, mix thoroughly and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.

Semolina porridge with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 1/2 multi-glass
  • Milk – 3 multi-glasses
  • Water – 1,5 multi-glasses
  • Sugar – 1,5 st. l.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Butter – 50 gr.
  • Strawberries – 150 gr.

We load all the ingredients, except for the strawberries, into the multicooker bowl. We set the “Porridge” mode, after its completion, add the strawberries cut into slices, let them soak for 10 minutes and serve.
