How to cook salted nuts with spices
 

The most versatile, and using in moderation, the most useful snacks are crispy nuts with salt and spicy spices. By making a cocktail of different types of nuts, you will have a great alternative to store-bought snacks with an incredible amount of unnecessary ingredients in their composition. We have collected the main life hacks for preparing this delicacy.

– Collect your cocktail. Buy different types of nuts that you like, peel them. Make sure all nuts are fresh, smell good and taste free;

– Prepare the spices. Spices are well suited for nuts: hot peppers, curry, rosemary, ground ginger;

– Salt glaze. To make the nuts salty, prepare a mixture of salt and water in a 1: 1 ratio, for one tablespoon of salt, add a tablespoon of boiling water, stir;

 

– Cooking process. Pour the nuts into a pan, fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a characteristic nutty smell, pour in saline, sprinkle with spices and continue stirring. The water will evaporate, and the nuts will be covered with salt glaze with spices;

– Remove the nuts from the heat, pour on parchment and let cool completely;

– Store such nuts in a hermetically sealed container.
