Pizza can be prepared with a variety of fillings, and this is the advantage of this dish, the obligatory ingredient of which is only cheese, and you can experiment with all the other components, trying various combinations, including those selected according to the principle of using those products that remained in the refrigerator.
Option one: – 100 g of parmesan cheese; – balls of mozzarella cheese weighing 150 g; – 100 g of cheese, softer in comparison with parmesan, for example gouda. – 1 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Grease the bottom of the rolled pizza with oil, put halves of mozzarella balls on top of it and sprinkle them on top with two grades of grated cheese.
Option two: – 200 g of bacon; – 100 g of smoked sausage; – 100 g of grated hard cheese; – 100 g of pitted olives or olives; – 200 g of tomatoes; – 50 g ketchup.
Grease the bottom of the pizza with ketchup, put slices of sausage, bacon, tomatoes and olives on top, then sprinkle everything with cheese.
Option three: – 100 g of grated cheese; – 200 g of canned corn; – 200 g of boiled chicken meat; – 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers; – 50–70 g of mayonnaise.
All ingredients must be cut into equal sized pieces, mixed and placed on the pizza. Spread cheese evenly over the filling and grease everything with mayonnaise.
