This is a very popular appetizer that will diversify your carrot menu. It is as piquant as you add spices to your taste. It can be either a dish in itself or an addition to salads or appetizers.
And if you think that the ready-made Korean carrot seasoning will be enough, then you are wrong. The cooking process is not limited to this, although it does not cause difficulties.
- You need carrots, seasoning – carrot spice mix, onions, garlic.
- Cut the carrots into thin strips, peel and chop the garlic and add it along with the seasoning to the carrots. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it, also cut into strips, for just a couple of minutes.
- Add the hot onion oil to the carrot mixture and stir by hand to distribute the oil evenly throughout the product.
- After a couple of hours, put the carrots in the refrigerator and in a day they will be ready to serve.
