- mussels – 200 g;

To prepare it, we need the following ingredients:
- porcini mushrooms – 700 g;
- bow – 4 heads;
- garlic – 3 lobules;
- sour cream – 300 g;
- flour – 3 Art. l .;
- cheese (semi-hard) – 300 g;
- butter – 70 g;
- salt;
- a mixture of white and black ground peppers;
- green onions.
Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in butter until soft.

Salt, add pepper and add flour, mix everything well and let it simmer for 7 minutes.
