You will need: – 250 grams of cooked frozen shrimp; – 1 avocado; – 2 chicken eggs; – 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise; – 1 slice of lemon; – salt and pepper to taste. So, you don’t need to cook boiled frozen shrimp. Take them out of their packaging and leave them at room temperature for a few hours to defrost. Boil and cool the eggs, then cut them into medium-sized cubes. Peel and seed the avocado, then cut into cubes and drizzle immediately with lemon juice (this will protect it from browning). Combine shrimp with avocado and egg, add mayonnaise and spices. Stir your salad thoroughly. If desired, you can add greens and fresh cucumber to it.

How to cook frozen pizza shrimp

– 500 grams of ready-made yeast dough; – 500 grams of cooked frozen shrimp; – 70-100 grams of mozzarella (it is better to take not in balls, but solid, it is sold by weight); – 10 small olives; – 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste; – 2 tablespoons of olive oil; – a clove of garlic; – half a teaspoon of dried basil; 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano – salt to taste. Defrost the cooked frozen shrimp a few hours before cooking. Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Combine the tomato paste with the olive oil, herbs and crushed garlic in a bowl, then brush over the sauce. Top with boiled prawns and olives and sprinkle with grated mozzarella over the pizza. Bake at 250 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
