Chop the garlic, basil and parsley. Combine butter, garlic and herbs. Add flour and spices to the mixture. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush the breasts with half of the sauce, place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and place in the oven.

Spicy fried chicken

- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
- Tomato paste – 4 Art. l
- Walnuts – 50 gr.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Red hot peppers – to taste
- Dill – 1/2 bunch
- Parsley – 1/2 bunch
- Basil – 1/2 bunch
Cut the chicken in the breast and put it on a baking sheet, on which a layer of salt is poured. Put the chicken in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. Then take it out, grease it with mayonnaise and send it back to the oven for 30-40 minutes.
At this time, prepare a hot sauce. To do this, chop all the herbs and garlic, grate the nuts on a fine grater. Mix tomato paste, herbs, garlic and spices, let the sauce brew for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

- Hard cheese – 200 gr.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Starch – 1 tsp
- Milk – 100 ml.
- Breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp l.
- Butter – 3 tablespoons l.
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry each piece until golden brown.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Mix it with milk, eggs and spices. Transfer the fried chicken to a saucepan, add a little milk and simmer for about 30 minutes.
After that, dip each piece of chicken in the cheese and milk mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in butter.
Fried chicken in mustard
Ingredients:

- Garlic – 3 cloves
