There is no need to repeat – a real fish soup is cooked on a fire, on the shore of a reservoir, from a freshly caught and self-cleaned fish or fish. And a glass of vodka first in the ear, and only then – under the ear. But we will dare to cook fish soup at home, even if real fishermen contemptuously call our dish fish soup. The main thing is that they will eat, praise and ask for supplements!

Ingredients:
- Salmon / salmon / trout – 0,7-1 kg.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Potatoes – 1 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pieces.
- Millet – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt, black pepper – to taste
The fish soup can be made from whole fish, but if you have a “soup set” on hand – head, tail, fins and trimmings – this is a great option. Clean the whole fish and cut into large pieces, be sure to remove the gills from the head, rinse the “soup set” and fill it with cold water. After boiling, cook for 15 minutes, pour the broth into another pan, throwing the fish onto a sieve. Put millet in the broth, cook for 10-15 minutes. Diced potatoes, onions and carrots, add to the millet, season with salt, cook for 15 minutes. If desired, free the fish from the bones and send it to the ear five minutes before cooking. Sprinkle the fish soup with black pepper (you can already serve it). In order to feel the flavor of a real, natural fish soup, light a small piece of wood (torch, sushi stick, kebab skewer) until a flame forms and extinguish right in the saucepan. Serve sprinkled with herbs, with pleasure!
Ear from pikeperch
Ingredients:
- Pike perch – 0,8-1 kg.
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pieces.
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- Black peppercorns – 5-7 pcs.
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper, parsley – for serving.
Peel the fish, remove the gills, cut into large pieces, add cold water and cook for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the fish, head and tail, if desired, discard (if there is no fisherman in the family), put coarsely chopped potatoes and carrots, bay leaves and peppercorns in the broth. After ten minutes of boiling, return the fish, salt, cook for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat, let it brew under the lid for 10 minutes and serve with fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
