Sometimes, to serve salad or the well-known “stuffed eggs”, we need perfect boiled eggs. But very often, when cleaning, the shell does not come off well and our final result does not look very aesthetically pleasing. It turns out that it is quite possible to avoid such problems.
To do this, you need to follow a few simple rules:
- Always place eggs in boiled water.
- As soon as the water starts to boil again, reduce the heat. The eggs should be boiled without intensive boiling, so they will not “jump” over the pan, which will help not to damage the shell, and the yolk, without unnecessary shaking, will remain strictly in the center, and will not shift to any part of the egg.
- As soon as the boiling time of the eggs is over, immediately place them in cold water.
- Begin to peel only a completely cooled egg.
As you can see, everything is very simple. We wish you perfect boiled eggs!
