How to cook dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms
 

Dumplings are a versatile and tasty dish, you can cook them with any filling, depending on your preferences or taking into account the occasion, or maybe a special event. They can be sweet, with meat, vegetables, fruits, berries … the choice is great. And we will tell you the recipe for dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms:

You will need: 3 cups flour, 1 egg and boiled water.

For the filling, prepare: 500 grams of sauerkraut, 100 grams of dried mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of mushroom broth and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

On the grill for serving, you need to take an onion and vegetable oil.

 

Process:

– Mix flour with egg and water, knead the dough and leave to ripen for half an hour, covered with a towel.

– Prepare the filling – boil the mushrooms, squeeze the cabbage, put everything in a saucepan, add oil and broth, carcasses until the cabbage is orange.

– Roll out the dough, cut out the circles, put the filling and blind the dumplings. Cook the dumplings and fields with onions fried in butter.
