How to cook beets without boiling?

Simple and healthy recipes with raw beets:
- Brush salad. The salad cleanses the intestines, hence the name. Medium beets (1 pc.) And carrots (2 pcs.) Are passed through a grater, mixed with chopped and crushed cabbage (800 g), seasoned with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Spices to taste. The dish is not allowed in case of stomach ailments.
- In an orange marinade. Grated and mixed with herbs, beets are poured with marinade from 1⁄3 cup of orange juice, 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, 2-3 tbsp. sugar, salt and pepper. Under oppression and cold for 5 hours.
- With vegetables. Potatoes (1 pc.) – fry until tender, beets and carrots (1 pc.) – grated, cabbage (200 g) – chop and knead, cucumbers (2 pcs.) – chop, walnuts (5 pcs.) – chop. Put everything in separate handfuls, in the middle of the dish – mayonnaise, sprinkle with nuts.
- More Korean. Sprinkle chopped beets with spices: sugar and salt, 1,5 tbsp each. l., coriander – 1 tsp., crushed garlic – 2 large cloves, red hot pepper – 0,5 tsp., sesame seeds. Pour in hot oil (70 ml), in which the onions were fried (0,5 large onions, you do not need to remove from the oil). Add vinegar, crush, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Kvass. Boil 5 liters of water, cool, add 45 g of honey and juice of 0,5 lemon. Dry the chopped beets in the oven, put in a container with raisins (25 pcs.), Pour honey-lemon water. Leave to ferment in a warm place, under a lid with holes. Filter the fermented kvass and bottle it.
