Beef is a lean and at the same time very tasty meat that is appreciated by nutritionists and gourmets. The product is rich in iron and zinc, which makes it very beneficial for the body. In addition, a large number of juicy and tender dishes can be prepared from beef.

This dish is ideal for those on a diet. It is cooked without excess fat, making it nutritious and low in calories at the same time. To prepare 1 kg of beef according to this recipe, you will need: – salt and any spices to taste; – 2 cloves of garlic; – thin carrots; – bay leaf.

For boiled pork, it is better to use a whole piece of entrecote.

Wash and dry the beef. Make a deep cut in the middle of the slice and place the peeled, raw carrots there. Poke the beef in different places with a knife and place ½ clove of garlic in the slits. Then rub the meat with salt and spices, adding them to the garlic dimples. Sprinkle with broken bay leaves. Wrap in thick foil so that there are no gaps, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours – the beef is soaked in spices and becomes soft.

After the allotted time, put it on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 2 hours. Pork pork can be served while still hot or chilled by cutting into 1-1,5 cm wide pieces.

Roast beef in mustard marinade

Ingredients: – 2 beef steaks; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard; – salt to taste.

Wash the beef steaks, dry well and coat with mustard. Place in a plate, cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. During this time, the meat will cease to be tough and will be thoroughly soaked, which will allow you to fry the steaks in a few minutes without oil. Remove the beef, remove the mustard with a clean cloth, but do not wash. Rub with salt and fry in a hot dry skillet for 4 minutes on each side with the lid closed. In this case, the fire should be large. Serve the finished steaks with French fries or vegetable salad.
