How to cook a tongue?

The fastest way is in the pressure cooker. Even beef tongue will cook there in 20 minutes. Veal tongue is even faster, in 15 minutes. And pork tongue in 10 minutes maximum.
It is imperative not to overexpose your tongue in the pressure cooker so that it does not boil over. Remember that the pressure cooker boils under pressure and actually boils all the juices out of the product. And also keep in mind that the heating time (10 minutes) and the pressure release time of the pressure cooker (40 minutes) will be added to the cooking time, since you should not open it immediately.
If you are not a very experienced cook, cook the tongue in the usual way.
