How to cook the liver properly

Put the prepared liver in a saucepan with salted water. Bring water to a boil over high heat and remove froth. Reduce the fire to a minimum, cook the liver until tender, periodically skimming off the foam. Determine readiness with a fork. Liver salad with herbs and vegetables
For the salad you will need: – 250 g of boiled beef liver; – 30 g of arugula; – 1 head of red onion; – 1 fresh cucumber; – 1 fresh tomato; – 20 g olive oil – salt and black pepper to taste.
Cut the boiled liver into thin strips. Slice the cucumber as well. Chop the tomato and onion into small cubes. Tear the arugula with your hands. Put all food in a bowl. Stir in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Liver salad with mushrooms
For the salad you will need: – 200 g of boiled beef liver; – 40 g dried mushrooms; – 1 head of onion; – 2 boiled eggs; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil; – dill and parsley.
Soak dried mushrooms in cold water for about three hours. In the same infusion, put them to cook. Chill the boiled mushrooms and cut into strips. Cut the boiled liver into the same strips. Chop the onion in half rings, fry it in a little vegetable oil. Cut the boiled eggs into slices. Put all the products in beautiful layers on a dish, decorate with sauce and lay out the herbs.
For the salad you will need: – 200 g of boiled liver; – 80 g of hard cheese; – 1 pickled cucumber; – 1 head of onion; – 2 boiled eggs; – 2 tbsp. spoons of margarine; – dill greens.
Cut the boiled liver into strips. Grate the cheese. Chop the onion in half rings and fry in a pan with melted margarine until golden brown. Cut the cucumber into strips. Place the prepared food in a bowl and stir. Garnish the salad with herbs and slices of boiled eggs.
