Even if the house is sterile clean, over time, the question still arises of how and with what to clean the laptop. The PC attracts a lot of dust, which can clog up in places inaccessible to the view. This leads to overheating, unstable operation or damage to the device.
Before cleaning the laptop, you must unplug it and cool it down.
How to clean the laptop case?
You can put your laptop in order with the help of available tools that everyone has:
· A rag for dust;
· vacuum cleaner;
· High quality brush with stiff bristles.
Before starting cleaning, you need to turn off the PC and cool it down (wait until it cools down, and not put it in the refrigerator). The power cable must be pulled out, the USB connectors must be released, and only then proceed with the procedure. How do I clean my laptop?
1. Vacuum the device, brushing dirt out of the cracks with a brush. Its bristles should be dense: if the hairs fall and remain in the connectors, breakage cannot be avoided.
2. After cleaning, wipe the housing with a damp cloth.
3. Once again, run a dry cloth over the surface of the PC.
If you have at least a basic knowledge of the internals of the laptop, you can clean the cooler and heatsink. To do this, you need to remove the back cover and start the procedure. In order not to confuse the order of the arrangement of parts, it is recommended to photograph each step taken – this will make it easier to return everything to its place.

To keep your monitor clean at all times, wipe it down at least once a week. To clean dust, just use a dry, lint-free cloth. If there is dirt on the screen, you can use the following tools:
· Wet wipes impregnated with a special composition;
· Gels and aerosols for monitors;
· Foam from baby soap (in a very small amount).
It is not recommended to use products containing alcohol: they can damage the anti-reflective coating. It is forbidden to clean the screen with detergents, window cleaning compounds and other aggressive products.
How do I clean the camera on my laptop?
How you care for your webcam is also determined by how dirty it is. If there are no stains, you can get by with a dry rag, brush or cotton swab. The following tools are suitable for “wet” cleaning:
· Pencil for cleaning optics;
· Special napkins for equipment;
· Wetted soft cloth.
To remove stubborn dirt, you should use an alcohol solution. However, this can be done only in extreme cases, when other, more innocent methods have proved powerless.
For careful use of the PC, the same tools are sufficient as are required for external cleaning of the case. Dust is removed with a vacuum cleaner and a brush, after which the buttons are wiped with a napkin.
If tea is spilled on the keyboard or it is clogged with garbage and food crumbs, you will have to disassemble it. This process is laborious and painstaking, requiring special skills and extreme accuracy. Therefore, it is better not to experiment with the device, but immediately take it to the service center, where it will be disassembled, cleaned and returned to its previous form by experienced craftsmen.
