What composition should a good cookie have?

 Cookies should not be more than 30 days old. Otherwise, the cookie contains preservatives that will prolong its shelf life.

– vegetable oils, behind this name, manufacturers mask the presence of palm oil in the composition, which reduces immunity and increases blood cholesterol levels,

– egg powder – made from broken eggs, which are no longer possible to sell -0 low-grade and low-quality raw materials,

– flavors that are detrimental to the human liver, if consumed in large quantities and constantly,

– synthetic vitamins, which can cause such ailments as nausea and heaviness in the stomach, as they cause intoxication of the whole body,

– E-additives – thickeners, stabilizers, disintegrants, humectants, and so on, all of which are provocateurs of allergic reactions and indigestion.
