Yoghurts are very beneficial due to the content of live bacteria that can increase immunity and overall body resistance. They are useful for both children and adults, have good digestibility and are very tasty. But all these wonderful properties are inherent only in high-quality yoghurt. 1. The shorter the shelf life of yoghurt, the higher its quality. Never take yoghurts with a shelf life of more than 2 weeks, or those that can be stored without a refrigerator.
