Therefore, I will most likely pat him on the shoulder, sigh, and say: “Yes, it happens.” It is pointless to talk to such people.
It is interesting to talk with those who still know how to live, who add up their own life. And who says: “Yes, when the weather is good, when the stomach does not hurt, when there are options to choose from and the people around are pleasant, of course, it’s easier to rejoice, but anything happens in life.” And then what? Then there are two points.
Firstly, you have to get out of the shit that you got into, from a difficult life situation — once.
Secondly, if you are already starting to get out, then with inner vigor and good mood, in anticipation of the fact that “you will get out of here”, it is easier to get out. Therefore, as soon as you wake up, while “they don’t unscrew your ears” and “no one boils in oil”, while there is a free minute, create a normal cheerful mood for yourself. You are the brightest and most energetic today. And after that, go about your business.
There should be a good mood, not because everything around is good, but so that everything around becomes better. This is how you swap it.
If some mood does not suit you, it can usually be changed immediately or gradually. Ways:
- substitution for another mood. Being in a traffic jam does not have to be angry. You can turn on music, solve questions on the phone, do facial exercises and stretch your voice.
