Traditional option: lunch or dinner at a restaurant does not count! Is it a holiday when everyone is in exquisite outfits, tight fashionable shoes? The hero of the occasion has no right to relax – you need to make sure that the guests feel comfortable.
Regular toasts, salads and dances in between meal changes. Nothing new and I want to escape from here! It is much better to celebrate this day with a small circle of friends in a relaxed atmosphere: outdoors, outside the city, on a boat or yacht.

Decide on the purpose, the number of guests and the plan of the holiday. For example, the goal is the following – to have fun with the whole company so that vivid memories remain. The company will consist of three people, not counting the birthday man. That is, regular tea drinking and a walk around the city will no longer work, but can be part of the holiday.

- It is necessary to start your birthday with a bright event, for example, a visit to a bowling alley, an amusement park or go-kart. In winter, you can go ice skating and play hockey. That is, to arrange a bright competition.
- After an active pastime, go to recuperate in a cafe or home to the hero of the occasion.
- Next, you need the whole company or play ordinary games, for example, checkers, darts or twister; or computer. In other words, you need to rest both after the competition and after eating.
- You can end the holiday with a walk around the city. After rest, you will have the strength for various adventures, because the walk is the best point in the celebration.
As for items and attributes, traditional holiday cone hats will not be superfluous. You also need a variety of board games and their paraphernalia. Checkerboard and chessboard with pawns and chess, respectively, a canvas for playing a twister and a dartboard.
Computer games and related gaming platforms may also appeal to guests.
The main dish, dessert on a birthday or anniversary is a birthday cake. Be sure to have either small candles on the cake, the number of which will be equal to the age of the birthday person. And someone will like curly candles in the form of numbers indicating the age of the hero of the occasion. You can combine these two options.
Where to celebrate a birthday: options for adults
It is worth focusing on the fact that the main component of a great holiday is a well-chosen company and guests. You should carefully think about who to invite on this day, which comes only once a year.
How great if you were born in the summer! There are many options for how to celebrate this day: barbecue in the country or outside the city. Or maybe a rest on the bank of the river with songs to the accompaniment of a guitar? A hotel with a pool outside the city will do! A hot air balloon, boat or yacht with a small group of friends is a fairy tale!
Why not celebrate your birthday at the theater? Buy tickets for a concert or show for your small company. After the event, you can go to the cafe for a champagne with some unusual dessert.
All my birthdays, which I celebrated in cafes or restaurants, I don’t remember much – almost the same thing. But my 55th birthday will be remembered for my whole life!
My husband and I celebrated it at a table for two in Paris! Romance and a real holiday for the soul! If you have money for an anniversary, then the best option is to go on a trip! Even for a few days!
