A marathon is a rather long stay in the open air, which means that prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays cannot be avoided. So a full-fledged care will not do without sunscreens and sprays.
Choose products with a light texture, broad spectrum (UVA and UVB) and high SPF (at least 30). Wear special dark glasses and a hat with a visor. All this will help to avoid not only burns, but also premature aging of the skin.

In cloudy weather, type B rays are blocked (check the UV index in the weather forecast), but wind and clouds do not interfere with type A radiation.
