Stainless steel cookware is one of the best choices. It is unpretentious in care, does not react with the contents and is absolutely safe to use, does not chip or scratch, durable and beautiful.
In order for stainless steel dishes to serve you for a long time, and their appearance does not deteriorate, adhere to the following recommendations:
- Immediately after purchase, remove the stickers from the surface of the dishes using warm water;
- Before the first use, be sure to wash the dishes with warm water and detergent;
- Like any other dish, it must not be left empty on the fire;
- If you have a gas stove, make sure that the flame of the fire does not fall on the side surface;
- Scale on the walls can be removed by boiling water with citric acid or vinegar;
- Before reusing the dishes, be sure to carefully remove food debris from the side surface;
- Cookware made of stainless steel must be protected from sudden changes in temperature;
- Before sending such dishes to the dishwasher, pre-soak them in soapy water;
- In the care of such dishes, do not use abrasive products with chlorine and ammonia, as well as iron kitchen brushes;
- Use mild dishwashing detergents;
- If food is burnt in such a dish, soak it for a while, and then boil a little and remove the contamination with a regular washcloth;
- Wipe the dishes dry after washing.
