Long-term wearing of inappropriate footwear results in pain and swelling. The best shoes are those that absorb well while walking, on a slight height up to about 3-4 cm.

Long-term, sedentary work can affect the condition of the joints, especially the wrist, while working with the computer and hip joints. To take care of your joints, remember to take frequent breaks in sitting to improve circulation and give your joints a break.

Chlamydiosis is a venereal disease that when detected too late can lead to Reiter’s syndrome – reactive arthritis. The disease is manifested by pain and swelling in the joints of the hands, as well as in the knees and feet, fever and general breakdown may occur.
