Food without harm

Exclude for a while from the diet of fatty foods, especially animal origin, sweets and pastries. Eat something that will relieve the body, but will not let you feel hungry. These are fermented milk products of low fat content, as well as vegetables, fruits, coarse bread, cereals, especially buckwheat. They contain fiber, which acts as a washcloth for the intestines. Divide food into 5-6 meals – 3 main meals, 2 snacks and kefir at night.

One day a week can be made unloading, for example, curd-kefir: 4 meals of 100 g of cottage cheese and 200 g of low-fat kefir, and only kefir at night.

Don’t let yourself dry

Even moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages for several days in a row causes dehydration. From this – constant discomfort: dry mouth, thirst, nausea, loss of appetite. Drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day. Water will not only saturate the body with moisture, but also remove harmful substances through the kidneys. Even better than water is cranberry juice, sweet tea with lemon, fermented milk drinks, cucumber or cabbage pickle. They contribute to the restoration of acid-base balance and the creation of a supply of vitamin C, which is necessary for the functioning of the whole organism. To remove alcoholic toxins, you can take 3-4 tablets of activated carbon.

Chasing unnecessary

Festive tables are rich in salty foods, and excess salt in the body means increased blood pressure, swelling on the face and heaviness in the legs. Limit salt intake for a few days. And to remove the already accumulated decoctions of wild rose, mint, thyme, parsley are suitable.

Frequent eating in small portions contributes to an easier discharge of bile and the normalization of the liver. It is undesirable to use more radical means without a medical examination. If there are small stones in the gallbladder, this can provoke their movement. To relieve the feeling of discomfort and heaviness, take enzymes with meals. If symptoms persist after two days, see your doctor.

Establishing a regime

Falling asleep at your usual time after the holidays can be difficult, especially for lovers of night walks. To readjust to the working regime, you must observe a certain diet. If you need to get up at 7.00:8.00 and have breakfast before 19.00:12, have dinner no later than XNUMX:XNUMX. After XNUMX hours without food, the body itself will wake up from hunger! To make it easier to fall asleep in the evening, take an infusion or decoction of mint, motherwort half an hour or an hour before bedtime. At night, you can drink a glass of warm milk, weak green tea with honey. An aroma lamp with essential oils of lavender, marjoram, chamomile, thyme will help you fall asleep.

We charge for the day

Morning exercises, which you can start doing right in bed, will help prepare the body for daytime stress.

To tone up: lift your arms and legs up at right angles to your torso and shake your whole body for 1-2 minutes.

To improve blood circulation: Get out of bed and dry rub with a coarse towel or brush to turn your skin pink. Massage the limbs and torso towards the heart, and the abdomen clockwise.

To stimulate the brain: while standing, raise your hands to your shoulders, clenching your hands into fists. Then lift your elbows up and tilt your head forward. Return to starting position. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times.
