How to brew Da Hong Pao tea

Da hong pao tea is very expensive, as it is collected only on the slope of Mount Wuyi. According to its taste characteristics and useful properties, this tea is considered one of the best among the cliff oolongs.

Tea contains vitamins C, E, B1, B6 and B12, as well as zinc, iron, phosphorus, fluorine, iodine and other substances. The drink is famous for its ability to influence the psycho-emotional state. The effect is as follows:

Tea is brewed like this:

  1. Heat the water to 90˚С. The liquid is ready as soon as bubbles appear at the time of boiling.
  2. Pour boiling water over the teapot. Put tea leaves in it, take a handful of tea for 150 ml of water.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and after 1 min. drain the liquid. This must be done to rinse the leaves.
  4. Pour boiling water over the tea again and let stand for 5 minutes.

Pour the drink into a bowl and enjoy the taste. Do not add sugar. While drinking tea, try to relax and forget about all the problems.

Tea leaves are brewed 5-7 times. If you want to get a weak drink, then add 150-3 g of tea leaves to 5 ml. For the preparation of strong tea, take 5-6 g of leaves. The more the drink is infused, the stronger it will be. For weak brewing, 1-2 minutes is enough.

Da Hong Pao is a controversial drink. Each time you brew, you can feel new flavors, such as caramel, honey or fruit. The tea combines several flavors at once.
