How to benefit from Pajemploi?

How to register on Pajemploi?

Pajemploi is a URSSAF body, dedicated to parents wishing to babysit their children under 6 years old. It allows to simplify administrative formalities for the parents. Pajemploi pays a allocation named “Complement of free choice of childcare”, Which helps families pay for childminders and childcare at home (at least 16 hours worked per month for babysitters). In addition, Pajemploi allows you to collect from CAF, assistance with the payment of social contributions (varying according to the age of the child), and also collects social charges from families URSSAF (employers and employees).

You can apply for the Free choice of childcare supplement (CMG) if you take care of your children under 6 years olds. You must use:

– An approved maternal assistant looking after your children at their home or in a home of maternal assistants,

– Childcare at your own home,

You can also request the free choice of childcare supplement (CMG) if you have recourse to a structure such as:

– A home childcare service,

– A micro-crèche,

– A family crèche employing approved childminders,

– By combining a direct job and a collective childcare structure.

Who can benefit from Pajemploi?

When you have found your childminder, you must make a request to the CAF or the MSA: this is the request for financial assistance “supplement of free choice of childcare”. The latter automatically triggers registration with Pajemploi.

Following this request and once the aid has been granted, the CAF or the MSA automatically transmits your request to Pajemploi, which then proceeds to the registration, the SIRET number, the identifiers, and the creation of the password. employer pass.

You will then have to make the declaration of employment by mail. Please note, this cannot be done more than a month before the first day of employment. The ideal is to make the request on the first day of the month of hiring (example: a childminder is hired on September 19, the request can be made on September 1).

The request can be made by a member of the household, it is not necessarily the one who is the beneficiary of the aid. However, he must be an employer and must make the declarations. The two parents can be declared as employers in the contract. Note: only the beneficiary of CAF will continue to receive aid in the event of separation or divorce.

If you employ home child care : enter it number of hours of activity which corresponds to:

– the actual working hours or the number of monthly hours;

– during the hours of absence for paid vacation;

– the hours of responsible presence converted into hours of actual work. One hour of responsible presence is equivalent to 2/3 of an hour of actual work. If your home child care provider performs 12 hours of responsible attendance per week, this equates to 8 hours of actual work.

Then specify the number of days paid for paid vacation during the month.

If you employ a licensed childminder : it is necessary to calculate the number of normal hours which corresponds to the number of hours paid at the basic rate agreed with your employee, including the hours of absence for paid vacation.
