How to bake a pie in the microwave? Video

If you love baked goods but don’t have enough time to make them, learn the intricacies of microwave making pies. Delicious delicacies will be ready in 5-10 minutes, and together with the preparation of the dough and filling, the process will take no more than half an hour.

In the microwave, you can bake any pies and muffins – fruit and chocolate, lean and butter. After cooking, they can be supplemented with cream or tasty sauce, sprinkled with powdered sugar, nuts or chocolate chips. The finished cake is served warm or cooled and put into the freezer. Before eating, the frozen pie is reheated in the microwave.

Try making a quick apple pie, it comes out very juicy and delicious.

You will need: – 1 glass of wheat flour; – 3 eggs; – 0,5 cups of sugar; – 3 tablespoons of milk; – 150 g of butter margarine; – 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar; – 0,25 teaspoon of salt; – 1 teaspoon a spoonful of baking powder; – 3 medium-sized apples; – 0,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon; – 0,5 cups of shelled walnuts.

Mash softened margarine with white sugar. Add eggs and salt, beat until fluffy. Pour in milk and stir again. Combine the sifted flour and baking powder, add the flour mixture in portions to the dough. Knead a soft dough.

Prepare the pie filling. Wash apples thoroughly, peel, remove seeds and partitions. Cut the fruit into small cubes. Pour the apple pieces into the dough, add the cinnamon and stir.

Apples for the filling can be rubbed on a coarse grater, so the baked goods will turn out to be even more tender and juicy.

Sprinkle a round silicone mold with flour and pour the dough into it. Turn the microwave on to maximum power and bake the cake for about 10 minutes. Check its readiness – if the dough inside remains soggy, turn on the oven for another 3 minutes. The baked cake should come loose from the walls of the mold.

Remove the cake from the oven and immediately remove it from the mold. If this is not done, the dough will become heavy and moist. Cut the pie into pieces and sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts.

Chocolate icing for apple pie

The finished cake can be made even more delicious by complementing it with chocolate icing.

You will need: – 100 g of dark chocolate without additives; – 2 tablespoons of cream or milk.

You can use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate, but it melts much more slowly.

Put chocolate broken into pieces in a saucepan, add cream. While stirring, melt the chocolate over low heat, making sure it does not burn. Pour the hot icing over the apple pie and serve immediately. Each serving can be garnished with mint leaves and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
