Alena Vodonaeva, one of the brightest ex-participants of the Dom-2 project, has an ideal figure. After the birth of her son 8 years ago, she literally put herself in order in just a couple of months, getting rid of the extra pounds that appeared during her pregnancy. Now the model, singer and TV presenter looks flawless 24 hours a day. The secret of beauty lies in proper nutrition and exercise 5 times a week for 2 hours. The workouts necessarily include cardio and strength with small weights. Alena excluded sweets, fried and baked goods from the diet, otherwise she eats everything, but in moderation. The girl’s daily diet includes legumes, nuts, whole grain bread, fruits, vegetables, herbs, low-fat fish and meat, cereals.

The menu for every day, which helps Alena Vodonaeva to keep herself in shape, looks like this.

Breakfast: oatmeal with berries and green tea.

Lunch: fish soup and vegetable salad.

Afternoon snack: fruit salad.

Dinner: baked vegetables with meat.

If the young lady needs to quickly remove 4-5 kg, she resorts to a “personal” diet:

The phenomenally successful 32-year-old presenter, actress, model, singer is a role model for many girls thanks to her sophisticated and toned figure. At the same time, the girl has, as she herself claims, a predisposition to be overweight. Having tried many diets, Olga developed a special nutritional system, which she formed for herself on her own after several years, during which she experimented with diets. The most important rule of the star is not kilograms on the scales, but the right food. Olga’s daily diet is based on non-nutritive foods with a low percentage of fat: whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, lean meats (chicken, turkey, beef) and lean fish.

Olga’s basic diet consists of the following menu.

Breakfast: on an empty stomach we drink 200 g of warm water with the addition of 1 tsp. honey, then eat 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese and a small portion of porridge in water (optional): oatmeal, buckwheat, semolina with berries and pieces of fruit or an omelet made from two egg whites.

Lunch: meals rich in carbohydrates, boiled potatoes or durum wheat pasta without proteins, plus a salad of fresh vegetables, seasoned with olive oil or meat (fish) broth, any steamed vegetables for a side dish.

Afternoon snack: 100 g of boiled meat or lean sea fish.

Instead of dinner, we go to the pool or gym.

Before going to bed, we drink 200 g of low-fat kefir or eat an apple.

Olga is actively involved in sports: she loves strength training, boxing and yoga.

Ksyusha Borodina has been leading Dom-2 for 14 years, and during this time viewers have seen her with curvaceous forms (it was a long time ago) and with an ideal figure, as it is now. To lose weight, the star tried many different diets and eventually developed a personal one, which she called the “diet for the lazy.” Thanks to her, at one time, the girl lost about 12 kilograms in 2 weeks. In 2011, the TV presenter wrote the book “Losing Weight with Ksenia Borodina”, in which she talked about her personal experience and shared her “losing weight” rules, describing two diets that she followed.

Cucumber diet without salt (designed for 5-7 days).

Breakfast: salad of cucumbers and herbs, seasoned with low-fat yogurt or sour cream + a slice of whole grain bread.

Lunch: boiled chicken breast + cucumber and Chinese cabbage salad with a little olive oil.

Now the writer and blogger Inna Volovicheva, during her participation in reality, was remembered by viewers for her spectacular weight loss. When Inna came to the project, her weight was 115 kilograms with a height of 180 cm. Thanks to proper balanced nutrition and active exercise, the girl, being on the site of “House-2”, was able to lose 40 kg in six months! Bananas and all grape varieties, alcoholic and carbonated drinks, sweets and butter were also banned. Inna visited the gym 3-4 times a week, after training she went first to the sauna. She drank up to 2 liters of pure water a day and did a skin massage (with a washcloth and vacuum cans). After leaving the project, the girl did not stop taking care of herself and even wrote the book How I Lost 40 kg. By the way, in it she shares a life hack that she often uses herself. In case of an acute attack of hunger, Inna recommends massaging the point responsible for it. The point is between the tip of the nose and the upper lip. Stimulating this point for 15-20 seconds acts on the appetite center in the brain and blocks it.

Katya Kolisnichenko, together with her twin sister Yulia, came to the Dom-2 project in 2010. In this couple, Julia was the ringleader, and Katya remained in the shadows. But at some point, the girl dramatically lost weight, prettier and began to bathe in the compliments of men. With a 56-kilogram donut with an increase of 156 centimeters, it turned into a Thumbelina. The girl really wanted to change herself, so then she began to actively lose weight, eat right and play sports. Now Katya weighs about 45 kilograms.

Marina Afrikantova, a participant in the Dom-2 television project, has always been distinguished by her spectacular appearance. In 2012, the girl even took part in the Miss Moscow 2012 contest, where she received the title “Best Model” and became the third vice-miss of the capital. Marina always carefully monitored her figure, but after she came to the project in 2014 and began a relationship with Andrey Chuev, the girl suddenly began to quickly gain extra pounds. Due to the stress, health problems appeared, which led to her leaving the project. At that time, Marina’s weight was 78 kilograms with a height of 177 centimeters. At home, Marina decided to pull herself together and return to her previous parameters.

What only she did not do to lose weight: separate meals, all kinds of diets, fasting. Nothing helped.

Marina’s problem was unexpectedly solved by Alla Dukhova, with whom the girl met at one of the social events. Alla advised the girl on a low-calorie diet. The first results were not long in coming. Afrikantova lost 5 kg in a week! Fitness and dancing classes added to the effect, and the kilograms began to melt before our eyes. For 2 months Afrikantova managed to lose 25 kg. The basic principles of the diet from Marina Afrikantova:

This operation was less traumatic and took a little time, which allowed Irina Alexandrovna to keep her secret for a long time.

“After 40 years, my weight has steadily increased. I tried diets, fitness, and diet pills, but it was all to no avail! Weight barely left and very quickly returned, and returned “with friends”. Until the age of 40, I was slim, my weight with a height of 173 cm was from 57 to 64 kg in different years. And at the moment when I came to the project, I weighed 106 kg. Therefore, I took time off from the project for a day and went to the hospital early in the morning. On the same day, I underwent a gastric band. And the next day, at lunchtime, I returned already, ”Irina Aleksandrovna openly admitted later.

The woman set herself a goal, to lose weight and completely transform. And she succeeded with success! Using the services of a bariatric surgeon, Agibalova Sr. did not stop there. After some time, she had breast augmentation, liposuction, circular facelift and blepharoplasty. True, the result of the work of a plastic surgeon disappointed her, and she had to reapply to specialists. She was able to restore the naturalness of her face thanks to an individual rehabilitation program that included cosmetic procedures, physiotherapy and medication.

Now Irina Aleksandrovna is quite happy with the way her life is developing. The woman is popular in social networks, she started her own culinary blog and shares useful and original recipes with many subscribers.

Sasha Cherno came to the Dom-2 project in March 2017, and immediately made it clear to both the project participants and viewers that she was on the show for a long time. At that time, the girl weighed 120 kilograms, but really wanted to lose weight. Olga Buzova and Ksenia Borodina came to her aid, who hired a psychologist, nutritionist and trainer for Sasha. During the time of losing weight, everyone gets a little from Sasha, especially the current beloved Joseph Hovhannisyan. The girl complains that she often suffers from a lack of her favorite food, sweets and hamburgers, but the most difficult thing is to reconfigure herself mentally from her favorite food to a healthy healthy diet. Post-workout: 100 g oatmeal (dry weight), 10 nuts, tea or coffee without milk.

Lunch: 150 grams of chicken fillet, 60 grams of red rice (dry weight), vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs and 5 grams of oil for dressing).

Snack: 100g oatmeal (dry weight) and 100g apple added to the oatmeal.

Dinner: 200 g of beef, 50 g of avocado, 5 g of oil in a vegetable salad (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers).

Ex-participant of the project “Dom-2” Yegor Khalyavin amazed viewers with how he turned from an ordinary guy with overweight into a real Ken. It took him more than six months to lose weight: during this time he lost 130 kg from almost 40 kg! In this he was helped by the pool, aerobic training and the low-carb nutrition system that Yegor adheres to.

The approximate menu from Yegor Khalyavin is as follows.

When he once again came to the show in January 2018, he looked, frankly, not very much. At some point, Sasha took up himself to feel more confident. And he began to actively lose weight. The latest news is as follows: literally in 35 days, Gobozov lost 23 kg! The participant himself speaks of his achievements like this: “The main thing is desire and a little effort.”

Sasha does not have a special menu, but in order to lose weight, he reduced the calorie intake. The young man admits: “I just looked at myself and thought that a new life should be started anew. I decided to take care of myself and started training again. Over time, I began to go to the gym every day: I do cardio, and every other day I do strength training. I pump my abs every day. The gym is needed only for relief. It all depends on the nutrition. The hardest thing is to restrain myself and not eat at night, but I hold on. “

– Alena Vodonaeva’s diet can be called low-calorie, low-fat and low-carbohydrate. In this way, you can lose weight, but as soon as we introduce carbohydrates (cakes and pastries), and no one is immune from this, the weight will instantly return. For a balanced diet, I would recommend adding cereals to lunch, as well as dressing the salad with vegetable oil: olive or flaxseed.

But Olga Buzova’s diet is described correctly, but if we look at her diet, we will see that this is a mixed diet with an emphasis on protein. There is practically no fat, which is wrong, since it works to build hormones, fat is needed for the active work of the brain and the beauty of the skin. Therefore, for weight loss, such a diet is suitable, but not for everyday nutrition.

A protein diet puts a strain on the kidneys and liver, they alone do not provide enough energy. Consequently, a breakdown will occur and the weight will return.
