How Tatiana Ovsienko lost weight

Tatyana Ovsienko is getting prettier every year. Her figure deserves special attention: her athletic body has always been a reason for her pride. Woman’s Day learned how the singer managed to achieve and maintain the perfect physique over the years.

Few people know, but Tatiana Ovsienko began her career in show business, working as a costume designer in the Mirage group. In 1998, Natalia Vetlitskaya left the group, and Tatyana replaced her. It was then that they started talking about her as a singer. True, before starting a singing career, Ovsienko was given a difficult task – to urgently lose weight by at least 15 kilograms! It would seem that this is impossible … But Tatyana Ovsienko nevertheless decided to try. True, she did not resort to the most correct weight loss measures. By her own admission, she simply stopped eating. And the hunger strike lasted no more no less – 40 days! During this time, Tatyana, of course, seriously damaged her health: the girl began to experience hunger fainting, dizziness and nausea. But she achieved her goal. She managed to lose 18 kilograms at once.

However, now Tatyana Ovsienko recalls this period as one of the most difficult in her life. It took many years to establish health and maintain weight …

Since the mid-90s, Tatyana Ovsienko began her solo career. True, every year with the figure of the singer metamorphoses took place: the star became thinner, she literally melted before our eyes. Moreover, Ovsienko appeared on stage in more open outfits and showed others the muscles on her arms and legs and a steel press. By the way, in those days, few of the women of Russian show business were fond of the so-called “drying” and muscle building.

As it turned out, Ovsienko, in the fight for thinness, tried all sorts of ways: all sorts of diets and hunger strikes … But only sports helped her to maintain her weight. By the way, more than once Tatyana Ovsienko admitted that she was engaged in figure skating as a child and dreamed of becoming an athlete, not a singer.

Of course, among colleagues and fans of the star, the question arose: how did Tatyana manage to lose weight dramatically in such a short time?

Then Tatyana Ovsienko revealed the secret of an ideal body: she switched to a healthy diet and acquired sports equipment and a simulator. It is worth recalling that in the 90s there was no question of any fitness centers and gyms! Then they simply did not exist, and the girls did not strive for cubes on the stomach and strong biceps. So Tatyana Ovsienko studied at home. She almost herself developed a set of fitness programs for herself. But the result was impressive: it is safe to say that Tatyana Ovsienko was one of the first in show business to start promoting a sports body.

By the way, unlike many of her colleagues, Tatyana Ovsienko is still in perfect shape. The figure of the singer can be envied by 20-year-old girls. But in order to look great, the star regularly works on himself and his body. The main thing is proper nutrition. So, Tatyana’s daily breakfast consists of oatmeal on the water. During the day, she eats boiled chicken or fish and vegetables. Of course, sometimes Ovsienko still allows himself flour or sweet. But this happens very rarely.

In addition, Tatyana Ovsienko goes in for sports every day. Twice a week, the singer swims in the pool for at least an hour, and devotes the rest of the days to cardio training or strength exercises. Ovsienko also loves all kinds of sports: in the summer – rollerblades and a bicycle, in the winter – skiing.
