Recipe for baked potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese (approx. 210 kcal / serving)

Makes 2 servings:

2 large potatoes, lean cottage cheese, small onion, garlic clove, a bunch of chives, pepper.

Execution:

  1. potatoes wash, cook in a jacket, cut in half and hollow out the flesh.
  2. Cottage cheese mash it, add the potato flesh, chopped onion, garlic and chives. Season.
  3. Halves fill the potatoes with the cheese mass.
  4. To bake w temp. 200°C for 15 min.

Recipe for potato cream soup (approx. 175 kcal / serving)

Makes 3 servings:

3 medium potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 0,5 l of vegetable stock, 50 ml of thick cream, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 slices of lean bacon, parsley parsley.

Execution:

  1. potatoes dice and cook in vegetable stock. Blend.
  2. Add garlic squeezed through the press and thick cream. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Bacon dice and fry.
  4. The soup Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, parsley and bacon.

Recipe for baked potatoes with arugula (approx. 300 kcal / serving)

Makes 2 servings:

2 large potatoes, a few dried tomatoes, a handful of arugula, a bunch of basil, olive oil.
