Muscles react to any stretch by contraction. Raising our legs, we strongly stretch the muscles of the back, as a result we will certainly get compression, that is, tone along the back. He, in turn, entails a number of other problems: arching, sitting in a frog position, problems with the legs, the lower back, pelvis and coccyx also suffer.

How to change a diaper correctly
1. First, gently turn the baby onto the side.
