Eggs are, yes, a source of cholesterol. And that’s what we fear the most. There is no limit to how much you want, you can eat as much – 20, 30 pieces per week. There is a huge amount of research in the world that tells about it, only by strange coincidence they do not get to the wide one the audience. When you eat an egg, it’s in the first two or three hours after consumption, we have the effect of a slight increase in cholesterol levels in blood. Then, after five or seven hours, it goes down and out aligns. It doesn’t matter if you eat one or ten eggs. The body reacts in the same way to other substances that we provide, for example, alcohol – after consuming it, we have it in our blood, then the body digests it and the alcohol level drops.

If someone has a tendency to build up cholesterol, it will be put off. But eating eggs can help here. My friend had a level of around 280 mg / dl of cholesterol, which is too much. I suggested that he eat two or three eggs a day for a month. He hardly did it, but he did. And cholesterol as a result after a month it dropped to 200-210 m / dl. [1]
