How many chicken are there in a 3 liter pot of soup?

A 3 liter saucepan is quite small, lunch is enough for 2 people for 3 days. Therefore, a little chicken is needed: 4-5 legs, or 2 legs, or 2 breasts, or 3 thighs. If you like light soup, take a little less than the specified amount, but if you need rich chicken soup, add 1 more piece.
If you have large poultry for soup, you should cut it: separate a third of the bird or just the legs – this is quite enough for a fragrant soup. If the bird is small or chicken, the easiest way is to cut the carcass in half, putting half into soup and freezing half.
