Vaccinations against COVID-19 in Poland – side effects
From the beginning of the implementation of the National Immunization Program, i.e. from December 27, 2020, when the first person in Poland was vaccinated, a total of over 35 million 824 thousand was given in all points. doses.
Post-vaccination adverse reaction (NOP) is a deterioration in health within a specified period of time after an injection. Reactions can be mild, severe or severe.

Other reactions – apart from mild, i.e. redness and short-term soreness at the injection site – that have been reported include headache, fainting, shortness of breath, fever, dizziness, tachycardia, deep vein thrombosis, plexus paralysis, temporary drop in blood pressure.
Experts say that after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, each person is asked to stay at the vaccination site for a certain period of time. Thanks to this, in the event of any disturbing symptom, those in need can receive quick and professional help.
The information about the diagnosis of adverse post-vaccination reactions is reported by the doctor to the poviat health care center within 24 hours from the suspicion or diagnosis of the reaction. After the occurrence of NOP, an investigation is made to determine whether it was causally related to vaccination.
