How to Cook Vietnamese Rice

1. Preheat a frying pan, put the rice.

2. Heat the rice, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.

3. Pour the rice into a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes after boiling under a lid.
