How to cook butter soup

1. Wash the chicken, put in a saucepan and cover with water.

2. Put the saucepan over high heat, add salt and pepper.

3. Cook chicken for mushroom soup for 40 minutes.

5. Put the frying pan to preheat, peel and chop the onion and garlic at this time.

6. Put garlic in a frying pan, after a minute – onion; while roasting, peel and grate the carrots.

7. Put the carrots in a skillet, fry for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.

8. Peel and chop the butter, put in a skillet and fry until golden brown.

9. Put the chicken out of the broth using a slotted spoon, chop and return to the broth.

10. Peel and chop the potatoes, add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

12. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater over a saucepan, then mix well.

13. Bring soup to a boil and turn off heat.

Serve the cooked mushroom soup in deep bowls, garnish with a spoonful of sour cream and fresh dill.
