How to cook silver carp fish soup

1. Pour 4 liters of water into a 3-liter saucepan and put on fire.

2. While the water is boiling, peel, gut and rinse the silver carp, then cut the fish into several pieces.

3. As soon as the water boils, put the silver carp in it and then salt the water.

4. Boil the broth for 10 minutes, then remove the inedible parts from the broth – the tail and the head.

5. Peel and chop the onion, peel and grate the carrots.

6. Preheat a frying pan, put onions, fry for 5 minutes, then add carrots, salt and pepper and fry for another 10 minutes.

7. Put the frying in a saucepan, then add the millet.

8. After 5 minutes add the peeled and diced potatoes.

9. Cook the silver carp ear for another 15 minutes, then insist under a closed lid for half an hour.

10. Serve silver carp fish soup, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
