How to make pumpkin puree soup
Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into cubes 1 centimeter side.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put the saucepan on the fire, heat it up, add oil and put onion. Fry onions with salt and spices for 7 minutes, add pumpkin, pour in water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer vegetables for 15 minutes.
Grind the onion and pumpkin with a blender. Heat the cream until it “almost boils” and pour into the soup. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the soup, mix well.
