How to cook pumpkin porridge
Wash the pumpkin, cut off the skin, cut in half. Remove the seeds (they can be fried), cut the fleshy part into small cubes.
Pour milk or cream into a saucepan, add pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon. Put the pot with the future porridge on a quiet fire. Cook the porridge for 20 minutes, then wrap the pot of porridge in a blanket and leave for 20 minutes.

How to cook pumpkin and millet porridge in a slow cooker
Wash the pumpkin, cut into pieces, put in a slow cooker and pour a glass of water. Set the multicooker to the “Baking” mode and cook the pumpkin for 20 minutes. Then add millet and cook porridge for another 10 minutes. Pour milk into a multicooker and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt, sugar, dried apricots to taste and desire, mix the porridge well. Set the multicooker to the “Stew” mode, cook the porridge for another half hour.
Serve the porridge with a lump of butter.
