How to cook nettle pilaf
1. Collect nettles, sort out and rinse.
2. Boil water, add nettles and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Put the nettle in a colander, wait for the water to drain and cool.
4. Cook the rice in a separate saucepan.
5. Place nettles on a board and chop.
6. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely; peel and grate carrots.
7. Put a frying pan on medium heat, heat for 1 minute and add oil.
8. Put the garlic, carrots, onions and nettles, fry for 3 minutes, then add the rice.
