How to make nettle garnish

1. Rinse nettles, put in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

2. Throw the nettle in a colander, cool and squeeze out excess moisture. Chop nettles thinly.

3. Peel and chop the onions.

4. Heat a frying pan, add oil, put onion and fry for 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

5. Then add the nettle and simmer for another 5 minutes.

6. Add seasonings and salt and mix well.

7. Wash the dill, dry it, chop and add to the nettle.

8. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the nettle for another 5 minutes.

Products

Nettle – 200 grams

Onions – 1 large head

Carrots – 1 large

Rice – 1 glass

Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons

Water – 2,5 glasses

Garlic – multiple prongs

Salt – 1 tablespoon

Ground black pepper – half a teaspoon

How to cook nettle pilaf

1. Collect nettles, sort out and rinse.

2. Boil water, add nettles and simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Put the nettle in a colander, wait for the water to drain and cool.

4. Cook the rice in a separate saucepan.

5. Place nettles on a board and chop.

6. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely; peel and grate carrots.

7. Put a frying pan on medium heat, heat for 1 minute and add oil.

8. Put the garlic, carrots, onions and nettles, fry for 3 minutes, then add the rice.

9. Season the dish with salt and pepper, stir, simmer for another 5 minutes under the lid.
