How to cook medium grain rice
You will need – 1 glass of rice, 2 glasses of water
1. Fill a saucepan with cold clean water and salt. The proportions of water and rice are 1: 2.
2. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the liquid to a boil over high heat.
3. At the time of boiling, pour medium-grain rice into a container, stir the product thoroughly, reduce the heat.
4. Cover the pan with the lid, leaving a hole for the steam to escape. Cook medium grain rice for 25 minutes.
5. Then remove the pan from the stove, let the rice rest in the container for another 5 minutes.
