How long to cook little mushrooms?
It so happens that the entire mushroom “catch” consists of the most tender honey agarics. You are really lucky – firstly, such mushrooms are very easy to clean, since they simply did not have time to get dirty in the 2-3 days that they grew. And then, they can be easily cooked and harvested as a whole, ignoring the cutting procedure. And the most important thing is to cook them for a very short time, about 20 minutes. First, fill any mushrooms with salted water for 5-10 minutes, just in case, and drain through a colander, rinse well and send to dry. Cut off the roots, if any – and everything, as a rule, does not require special cleaning, small mushrooms, fill them with fresh water, salt and send them to the fire under the lid. Once the mushrooms boil, watch the foam and cook the mushrooms for 20 minutes. Then they can be salted, pickled and of course fried with potatoes.
