How to cook lingonberry juice from fresh berries
Sort out and rinse the lingonberries under cold water, put in a colander and drain.

How to cook lingonberry-beet juice
Sort out and wash the lingonberries, drain the water, squeeze the berry juice. Pour the pomace with a liter of water, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes; squeeze the squeeze well.
