How to cook rice in Korean
1. Pour the rice into a sieve and rinse well for a couple of minutes, rubbing the rice with your hands.
2. Let the water drain and transfer the rice to a saucepan.
3. Pour 2,5 cups of cold water over rice and put on high heat.
4. Cook rice in Korean until boiling and then boil for 1 minute over high heat.
5. Reduce heat and cook rice for 10 minutes under a closed lid.
6. Remove the rice from heat, stir the rice and leave for 15 minutes.

The secret of Korean rice is in the original heat treatment. At first, the rice is cooked very intensively, while the rice is brought to full readiness due to the accumulated temperature.
