How to cook Khau Tom
1. Pork, if frozen, defrost, rinse and dry.
2. Place the pork on a board and cut into 1,5/XNUMX-inch cubes, removing excess fat.
3. Transfer the pieces of pork to a saucepan, pour 2 liters of running water and put on fire.
4. When the broth starts to boil, remove the resulting foam, add salt and pepper, reduce heat and close the pan with a lid.
5. Cook the pork pieces for 1 hour with low boiling.
6. Rinse the rice and add to the pork.
7. Cover the pan with a lid, wait for it to boil and cook for another 20 minutes.
8. Cut the lime in half, remove the seeds and squeeze the juice into a saucepan (make sure that the seeds do not get into the final dish).
9. Pour the fish sauce into a saucepan.
10. Bring Khao Tom to a boil, turn off heat and serve.
