How long to cook honey mushrooms before freezing?

Reading time – 1 minutes.

Cook mushrooms before freezing for 20-30 minutes. This is enough for the mushrooms to be completely cooked and boiled down to such an extent that they can be conveniently stored in the freezer. As with the general method of cooking, the water is slightly salted (a spoonful of salt per 1 kilogram of mushrooms), the honey mushrooms are cleaned, the large ones are cut into several parts, and boiled under a slightly open lid. It is not necessary to pour a lot of water – keep in mind that there is a lot of it in the mushrooms themselves, the mushrooms will quickly settle in the water. The broth drained after boiling can also be frozen – if it is sufficiently concentrated, then it is perfect for boiling mushroom sauce. After boiling honey mushrooms, it will take time to cool them – then put the boiled mushrooms in containers or freezer bags with a slotted spoon – and put them in the freezer.
