How to make a light celery soup.

1. Peel 6 heads of onions, finely chop.

3. Sprinkle fried onions with 1 tablespoon of curry and cumin.

4. Peel the garlic, chop finely, add to the frying and stir.

5. Simmer vegetables for 3 minutes, covered over low heat.

6. Put the frying in a saucepan, pour 2 liters of water and put on fire.

7. Peel and grate the carrots, put in the soup.

8. Chop the cabbage and put in the soup.

9. Wash the bell pepper, cut out the seeds and the stalk, chop finely and put in the soup.

10. Wash the celery and cut it thinly, put it in the soup.

11. Add seasoning – ginger and coriander.

How to make celery bean soup

1. Pour 300 grams of beans into a saucepan, fill with cold water with a margin of 2 centimeters and leave for 6-8 hours, changing the water every 3 hours.

2. Pour the beans with fresh cold water (for 1 cup of beans – 3 cups of water) and put the pan on the fire.

3. Put the pot with beans on the fire and cook it for 1 hour, 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt.

4. Drain the beans.

5. Peel the carrots and cut into 3 parts.

How to cook celery soup with curds

1. Peel the onions and chop finely.

2. Wash the celery, dry and chop not coarsely.

How to Cook Celery Chicken Soup
