How long to cook boiled corn salads?

It will take at least 30-40 minutes to cook the corn. If you need to cook meat for a salad, the time will increase to an hour, and if you need more salad, it will take additional time to process a large number of products.

1. Boil potatoes, cool, peel, chop finely.

Cooking corn salad

1. Cook chicken fillet, finely chop.

2. Peel the onion, chop finely.

3. Peel and rub the carrots.

4. Wash the champignons, peel and chop finely.

5. Fry the onions in oil, fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

6. Add carrots to the onion, fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

7. Add mushrooms to carrots, fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.

8. Boil the eggs and grate them on a medium grater.

9. Mix salad, season.

10. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl, you can decorate with herbs.

Corn – 400 grams canned or freshly boiled corn

Squid – 500 grams of frozen carcasses

Cheese – 150 grams

Onions – 2 heads

Mayonnaise or sour cream or sour cream sauce – 2 tablespoons

How to make corn and squid salad

Boil the corn, cut off the corn kernels. Or use canned corn – drain the marinade from the corn.

Boil the squid, cool in the broth and chop finely.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings, fry in a skillet for 2 minutes over medium heat, without a lid.
